Here’s a state that actually gets it right. In Tennessee, Husband gives wife the pills she uses to commit suicide – he’s arrested on murder AND assisted suicide charges. Yes, at least in Tennessee, and at least for now, assisted suicide is killing. Good for Tennessee!!
