Jack Kevorkian died this year, and the end of the year tributes are hard to miss. Here's what finally got Jack into jail - killing Thomas Youk on tape in 1998. Note the YouTube title is that he was committing "assisted suicide." Nope. In assisted suicide the victim takes the fatal dose themseleves.
