Euthanasia And Assisted Suicide Are Not Permissible Under The European Convention On Human Rights

The ProLife Alliance welcomes, with some reservations, the statement of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) which on January 25th voted on the issue of “Protecting human rights and dignity,” document 12804.

This reaffirmed that euthanasia and assisted suicide are not permissible under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) or any previous decision. more
